This morning I had a lovely experience doing the Darkness into Light 2019 walk for Pieta House, Preventing Suicide and Self Harm with my family and dog Lady. It was a 5km walk starting 4.15am. We walked through a lovely forest with candles lighting the path, choirs singing along the way until we reached light.
