Meet our UK director.

 

My name is Amber Killey, I’m a mum, model and I am now your UK director for Miss Elegance of the world! I have been competing in pageants since 2019 but I have a been a part of the pageant community since 2016! I won Top Model North Yorkshire in 2022 also taking home the best in interview award and best in evening wear. I have competed in supermodel England twice, placing top 6 both years and winning Supermodel England Miss charity in 2021. I have also placed 1st runner up in Miss North Yorkshire 2019 and also Top Model North east 2023 where I also won the appearance award. I have raised over £3,500 for charities since starting pageants and I have had so many amazing opportunities such as working with award winning photographer Joanne Coates where my photo was part of her exhibition in London! I have modelled numerous times for the Dressworx and Lace & Lily boutique. I have modelled for bettys boudoir boutique at north east ladies day and so much more! I also use my pageantry platform to raise awareness of my rare and hidden disability Ehlers Danlos syndrome. I will put my absolute all into being director! I know how the highs feel of competing, making friends, experiencing new things and also winning. But I know the lows as well, when you don’t get the outcome you want or when a pageant or event hasn’t been run well or fairly. I can promise that each and every girl who enters my competition or any part of the Miss Elegance franchise will have a fair, transparent and fun experience!
