I had the pleasure of attending the premiere screening of Irish comedy Extra Ordinary at the Lighthouse Cinema, Dublin.
A woman who has supernatural abilities must save a possessed girl. Though driving instructor Rose has a love-hate relationship with her abilities, she decides to help Martin and his daughter Sarah. It has been a long time since I heard a whole cinema with belly laughs. A must see!
I also attended Image magazines very exciting event 'The Pitch' in Dublin City Hall. 9 Irish businesses competed to win €100,000 suite of Samsung technology, bespoke to the business's key needs; a digital masterclass with Teneo to train the business in marketing strategy for the future; and a customised multi-platform media package from IMAGE Media.
It certainly was a tough competition. Judges were Jo Malone CBE (entrepreneur and founder of Jo Loves), Bobby Kerr (broadcaster and founder of the Insomnia Coffee Company), Linda Nolan (Head of Marketing Samsung Ireland), Clodagh Edwards (CEO IMAGE Publications) and last year's winner Jennifer Rock (CEO and founder of The Skin Nerd). A big congrats to the winners Gym Plus Coffee. Their athleisure range of clothing is definitely top of my list this Autumn.
